A Life Update

I was trying to get the blog up and running again but sometimes life takes a turn and things don't go as planned. My mom, who is 88, was diagnosed with Mantle Cell Lymphoma. She had a biopsy on February 14, which did not go as planned. She ended up having to have a tracheotomy. She is responding well to treatment and we are hopeful. I will try to pop in now and then but with work and taking care of mom, there isn't much spare time these days. My mom is my best friend in the world so I try to spend as much time with her as I can. Thank you for bearing with me!

  5. Thanks for the update, Beth. I hope your mom continues to respond well to treatment. Your blog will always be there and you can easily pick up where you left off, but your mom can't wait. She needs you now. I work with seniors and sometimes they have no one to help them because their children live far. So glad your mom has you!
